Framework, time

The vote is possible in the period from 11.11.2019 to 31.12.2019 at 23:59.The official final result of the HANSA-FLEX donation vote will be announced at the beginning of January 2019 on this website. The transfer of the sums and the handing over of the donation checks to the beneficiaries takes place until the end of the first quarter of 2019.

Participation Notice

The participation in the voting can only be done online. For multiple votes from the same IP address only the first choice is counted. Voting takes place in the period from 11.11.2019 to 31.12.2019 at 23:59. Each participant has a vote that can not be changed or withdrawn. In case of a tie, the lot decides. The legal process is excluded. HANSA-FLEX AG is not liable for the availability of the website of the voting. Furthermore, HANSA-FLEX AG can not be held liable for technical faults, in particular failures of the network. Likewise, HANSA-FLEX AG assumes no liability for submitted but not received votes.

HANSA-FLEX reserves the right to change, suspend or terminate the entire voting at any time. This applies in particular if proper operation of the action is no longer guaranteed for any reason, such as infections of computers with viruses, errors in the software or hardware, for other technical and legal reasons, the administration, security, the Integrity or the regular and orderly conduct of voting. In such cases, there is also the right to modify the voting at its own discretion. HANSA-FLEX AG reserves the right to correct the rules if necessary. The voting and all related websites, graphics, content, data and codes are copyright of HANSA-FLEX AG. Reproduction or unauthorized use of any content without the written consent of the copyright holder is prohibited.

The voting is subject to the law of the Federal Republic of Germany. The legal process is excluded (§ 762 BGB).
Should individual provisions of the conditions of participation be invalid or become invalid, the validity of the remaining conditions of participation remains unaffected. It will be replaced by an appropriate provision that most closely approximates the purpose of the invalid provision.
